Mr Chandler is highly skilled and extremely good at what he does. He successfully won a custody case and a criminal case for my son. He also was successful in a couple of other cases for my daughter.
Clyde was court appointed to me for a drug charge back in 2006. This charge was thrown out of federal court for illegal search and seizure. I had my federal attorney Russ Hunt Jr to fax Clyde all documents and case facts he used for my case. All Clyde had to do was follow and file same papers. Clyde seemed highly motivated when I first met him, but that later changes when he found out I didn't have access to the money I was busted with. Clyde allowed the DA whom is female, to talk foul to me and even snapped at him a few times. I ended up getting 25 year sentence for a charge that was thrown out in a higher court due to a illegal process.
In the wake of Clyde Chandler's passing his affairs have failed to be handled. It is months later and his daughter is now stating that there is a new executor to be appointed-- only a week ago she stated that her attorney (who was out of town) would be the one to handle the estate. There seem to be a lot of inconsistent stories involved in the matter. We have been unable to gain access to records, receipts, or any of the other private and confidential information that was provided to them. If there are any other former clients currently in the same situation with this former law office as we are, I urge you to take action as soon as possible. This is the response that I received from Kayla Chandler today in regards to the matter. "I don't know who the administrator is going to be, and the person hasn't even been officially appointed yet, but likely will be on Friday morning. All of my father's clients' records going back 22 years are in storage in the same place but there are hundreds of boxes to go through. I was not there when they were labeled or moved so I don't know exactly where your husband's file is. I will tell you that that money has not been spent, but again, you have not provided the proper proof of payment for me to simply write you a check. I am simply extending a courtesy by informing you that there will be a new administrator of the estate effective Friday, and I will no longer be able to communicate with you in this manner. Please follow the advice of whoever you would like to. Nothing that I have told you is legal advice. I am simply trying to help us both navigate through this mess. At this point, our communication should cease. Take care."
So i suggest run from this man.
Hired Clyde for a divorce,found him lazy incompetent and the worst attorney i have dealt with the whole divorce was a collusion between the wife's attorney my attorney and the judge along with the sheriffs office in milam county. I was attacked by my stepson ,sprayed in the face with wasp spray beat with a baseball bat by my ex. and kicked by an unknown person will down on the ground and was not even allowed tho file a complaint at sheriffs office had witnesses even.
