We have always had a great experience at this location, that is until today. This store is obviously under new management and Lori (the person we came in contact with) was EXTREMELY rude. They obviously don't know the Yoemen way. We have always gotten marinara sauce in our box (we visit this location on average 4-6 times a month) and today my husband noticed it wasn't in there. Upon going back into the store to ask about it, he was met with a "Well, the previous people were doing it wrong. You're not supposed to get it." We weren't even offered the option to pay for it separately or anything. On top of that, our pizzas are nowhere near the quality we were receiving. We WILL NOT be back. To make matters worse, I've earned close to 2 free medium pizzas in Hut Rewards that will now be useless simply because the customer service was awful. Bring back the old management.

Newly remodeled. Fast and fresh. We went for lunch. Placed order and received personal pizza in 10 minutes. Good salad bar.
